Delete your heykidslearn account

A grown-up can delete their heykidslearn account and all of its data at any time, from the app on any device or from a web browser.

How to delete it

1. Open the heykidslearn app, or go to heykidslearn-app.pages.dev in a web browser, and sign in with your email.
2. Tap Grown-ups and pass the grown-ups lock.
3. Open Settings (the gear) and tap Delete account…
4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

Can't sign in? Email hello@heykidslearn.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your account and email address
• Every child profile, with their progress, badges, stickers and play time
• The lessons, quizzes and slideshows you made, and the photos you added
• Leaderboard places

Nothing is kept afterwards, apart from copies in our providers' short-term backups, which expire within a few days.

When

Your account is locked and signed out on every device straight away, and everything is erased after 7 days. Changed your mind? Sign in again before then and nothing is lost.
